We've worked hard over the years to fine tune our wedding video packages and ensure that we're offering our brides and grooms some of the best wedding video coverage available. With a Forever On Film wedding video package not only do you get two cameras and two videographers at every wedding we film, but you can also tailor our standard packages to suit you - this means that you can create your own, truly unique wedding video.
Two cameras at every wedding
Forever On Film always use two cameras to film every wedding - which results in a better quality, more varied wedding video than anyone could ever achieve with one camera
We use two cameras and two videographers at every wedding we film. This gives our service a flexibility and quality that we simply could not offer with one camera. Not only does this mean we can be in two places at once - filming the bride's preparations and the arrivals at the church at the same time, for example - but it also means we can film your wedding day from different angles and in a greater level of detail than would ever be possible if we only had one camera. Two cameras ensure the final edited video is a varied and enjoyable record of your big day that you will want to watch again and again.
Music & film licences
If you book a wedding video with us, all the licence costs involved are included in the price we quote. We hold all the necessary licences to film in churches, record hymns, discos and musicians that you may have playing during the day. The cost of your video package also includes copyright licences that allow us to add music to the final wedding video at the appropriate times. You can specify what songs we use by choosing a selection from your favourite bands or artists, this will make the final film even more personal to you.
What we film...
The 'Story So Far' Photo Montage
Prior to the wedding we ask you to choose a selection of approximately 50 photos featuring the Bride and Groom as children, growing up and as they got together as a couple. The photos will appear on the video as an introduction, telling the story of how the wedding came to be.
The Photo Montage is included in the Dream Day Package but can also be added to our other packages on request.
The Bride's Preparations
The Bride's and Groom's Preparations show you as you get ready for the marriage ceremony
We travel to the location where the Bride is getting ready to film her having her hair and make-up done, capturing any pre-wedding nerves. If the bridesmaids are also present we will capture them as they too get ready.
The Bride's Preparations are included in the Perfect Day Package and Dream Day Package but can also be added to our Big Day Package on request.
The Groom's Preparations
As with the Bride's Preparations, we travel to the location where the Groom is getting ready and film him as he enjoys his final morning as a Bachelor.

The Morning of the Wedding
The Morning of the Wedding captures the atmosphere, surroundings and flowers at the church or wedding venue before your guests start to arrive
Exterior and interior shots of the church or venue that are edited together and set to music to create an opening sequence for the video. We try to capture a flavour of the day, show the venue, the flowers and set the scene on the morning of the biggest day of your lives.
The Morning of the Wedding is included in all of our wedding video packages.
The Arrivals
We capture the arrival of the Groom and his Best Man at the wedding venue, your guests and finally the Bride and her Bridesmaids. With one camera outside the venue and another inside we ensure nothing is missed. Then as the final photographs are being taken, we move inside for the ceremony itself.
The Arrivals are included in all of our wedding video packages.
The Ceremony
Our two camera approach means that we can cover your marriage ceremony from two angles - nothing is missed and we don't have to move our cameras at all to achieve this.
We film the ceremony in full including any readings, songs and hymns and, if permitted the signing of the register. With one camera at the front facing the Bride and Groom and another at the rear looking up the aisle we are perfectly placed to capture everything - the readings, the vows, the exchange of rings and the first kiss of the married couple.
The Ceremony is included in all of our wedding video packages.
The Photos
We work alongside your photographer to capture your photo session
Alongside the photographer we cover the traditional photo session, whether it takes place at the wedding or reception venue. With your chosen photographer you will have discussed what shots you want taken and we will not intrude on this at all. As a result our cameras are placed so as to make sure we capture the action without becoming the centre of attention ourselves. This sequence is edited together to a piece of music.

The Receiving Line & Entering The Meal
We film you as you formally greet your guests before they head into your reception venue for the wedding breakfast followed by the new Mr & Mrs...
As you welcome all your guests into the Wedding Breakfast itself, we will have two cameras on hand to capture everyone as you greet them. Once everyone is seated and the newly married couple are announced, we will film as you make your way to the top table.
During the meal, we turn the cameras off. Generally, people do not like to be filmed whilst they are eating, so we will disappear out of sight at this point and allow you to enjoy your wedding breakfast without the cameras looking on.
The Receiving Line and Entering The Meal are included in all of our wedding video packages.
The Cutting of the Cake
We return after the meal to film the actual cutting of your wedding cake
Following the meal, we will return to film the happy couple cutting the wedding cake. As with the rest of the day, two cameras are used throughout this period to ensure a variety of shots and total coverage of the action.
The Cutting of the Cake is included in all of our wedding video packages.
The Speeches
Whether they come before or after the Cutting of the Cake, we'll be on hand to film the Speeches. No matter whether you've got one or ten people speaking, we'll cover them in full with two cameras to ensure we've got both the speaker in shot and the reaction from yourselves and your guests.
The Speeches are included in all of our wedding video packages.
Personal Video Messages
Have your guests leave a video message to wish you good luck in your new life as husband and wife
During the reception, we can set up a static camera for your guests to record wishes of good luck and other personal messages for the Bride and Groom. In the past, Brides and Grooms themselves have come up separately to leave messages of love for their new husbands and wives.
Personal Video Messages are included in the Dream Day Package but can also be added to our other packages on request.
The First Dance
So the speeches are out of the way, time to let your hair down and enjoy the evening with your guests. As you take to the dance floor for the First Dance, we'll capture your every move and then we'll film your guests as they join in the dancing or simply enjoy themselves at the party.
The First Dance is included in the Perfect Day Package and Dream Day Package but can also be added to our Big Day Package on request.
Extended Evening Reception coverage
Extended coverage allows us to capture events taking place later in the evening such as fireworks or a band
We can stay as late as you wish to film events such as the First Dance, the disco and your guests dancing. At past weddings we have also covered everything from fireworks to belly dancers. If you're doing it, we'll film it.
Extended Evening Reception coverage is only included in the Dream Day Package but can also be added to our other packages on request. See below for details of evening filming on other packages.
We stop filming at...
Each of our packages includes filming up until a certain time. If additional filming is required beyond these times an hourly rate is applicable to cover the cost of our videographers staying on. You can tailor your wedding video package before the wedding and add extra filming to any package if you think your wedding schedule will demand it, but don't panic if your wedding does overrun on the day - we're not going to just disappear at our allotted time. We'll stay until everything has been filmed as long as you're happy to cover our overtime fees.
As they come, the Dream Day Package allows for filming up until 10pm, the Perfect Day Package until 9pm and the Big Day Package until 7pm, but you can add extra hours to all of our packages if needs be.
The Honeymoon Photo Montage
Relive your first days together as husband and wife on your honeymoon with a montage of photos set to music
Once you're back from your honeymoon, simply send us up to 30 of the best photos and we'll set them to music and add them to the end of the video. A great way to remember your entire wedding experience every time you watch the DVD in the future.
The Honeymoon Photo Montage is only included in the Dream Day Package but can also be added to our other packages on request.
The Highlights
All of our wedding videos end with a montage of the best clips from your wedding day set to music - a great way to end the video!
All of our wedding videos conclude with a highlights montage. We choose a selection of the best clips from the day and edit them together to a piece of music to provide a really enjoyable end to a truly unique record of your wedding day. They also make a great three minute summary of your wedding to show people if you're in a hurry!
The Highlights are included in all of our wedding video packages.
You'll get the finished wedding video on DVD or VHS
All of our wedding video packages include three copies of your wedding video on DVD. If you tell us before the wedding, you can swap these for VHS copies instead or have any combination of the two formats. For a small additional cost we can also supply VHS or DVD copies suitable for players in countries all around the world - ideal if you've got friends or family abroad who want copies.
