Forever On Film takes the privacy of all its customers and potential customers seriously. The following policy details what we will and will not do with the details of you and your wedding, event and/or film.
Forever On Film will:
- - Store all customer details in a safe and secure manner
- - Only contact a potential customer if they have previously enquired about Forever On Film's services or attended a wedding fair where they registered their details
Forever On Film may:
- - Contact all persons placing an enquiry about Forever On Film's services
- - Contact all customers before and after the filming of their event
- - Use the details of any wedding or other event we film (including details of names, locations and service provided) in our promotional material including both internet and traditional marketing formats, unless you, the customer, specifically request otherwise at the time you place a booking
- - Use footage and photography of any wedding or other event we film to promote Forever On Film, unless you, the customer, specifically request otherwise at the time you place a booking
Forever On Film will not:
- - Distribute any information about their customers to third parties without their express permission
- - Sell any customer information to any third party
