The Perfect Day Wedding Video Package

Forever On Film's Perfect Day wedding video package is slightly larger, for couples that want complete coverage of their day from the preparations in the morning, through to the first dance in the evening. Like all our packages it is totally flexible and can be tailored to your needs entirely. The following is an example of what the package includes as standard and we would be more than happy to discuss any changes that you require to make the package fit your wedding.

The Morning of the Wedding

Exterior and interior shots of the wedding venue that are edited together and set to music to create an opening sequence for the video. We try to capture a flavour of the day, show the venue, the flowers and set the scene on the morning of the biggest day of your lives.

Bride's Preparations

We travel to wherever you're getting ready to see you and your bridesmaids as you make your final preparations before the wedding ceremony.

Groom's Preparations

At the same time as the bridal party are putting the final touches to their dresses, we'll journey to see the Groomsmen as they don their suits and smarten themselves up before setting off.

The Arrivals

We capture the arrival of the Groom and his Best Man at the wedding venue, your guests and finally the Bride and her Bridesmaids. With one camera outside the venue and another inside we ensure nothing is missed. Then as the final photographs are being taken, we move inside for the ceremony itself.

The Ceremony

We film the ceremony in full including any readings, songs and hymns and, if permitted the signing of the register. With one camera at the front facing the Bride and Groom and another at the rear looking up the aisle we are perfectly placed to capture everything - the readings, the vows, the exchange of rings and the first kiss of the married couple.

The Photos

Alongside the photographer we cover the traditional photo session, whether it takes place at the wedding or reception venue. With your chosen photographer you will have discussed what shots you want taken and we will not intrude on this at all. As a result our cameras are placed so as to make sure we capture the action without becoming the centre of attention ourselves. This sequence is edited together to a piece of music.

The Receiving Line & Entering The Meal

As you welcome all your guests into the Wedding Breakfast itself, we will have two cameras on hand to capture everyone as they make their way to their tables. Once everyone is seated and the newly married couple are announced, we will film as you make your way to the top table.

During the meal, we turn the cameras off. Generally, people do not like to be filmed whilst they are eating, so we will make ourselves discreet at this point unless you specifically request otherwise.

The Cutting of the Wedding Cake & The Speeches

Following the meal, we will return to film the happy couple cutting the wedding cake and any speeches that may be taking place. As with the rest of the day, two cameras are used throughout this period to ensure a variety of shots and total coverage of the action.

The First Dance & Evening Reception

So the speeches are out of the way, time to let your hair down and enjoy the evening with your guests. As you open the dance floor with the First Dance, we'll capture your every move and your guests as they join you on the dance floor or simply enjoy themselves at the party.

The Highlights

To conclude the Perfect Day Package, we choose a selection of highlights from the day and edit them together to a piece of music to provide a suitable end to a truly unique record of your wedding day.
