Ordering additional copies of your wedding video

Many of our customers order further copies of their wedding video on both VHS and DVD to be sent to friends and relatives all around the world.

Q. Can I send a copy of my wedding video to a friend or relative abroad?

A. Different countries have different VHS systems, and this means that if somebody in that country tried to play a UK PAL version of your wedding video, the picture would be distorted. However, Forever On Film are able to produce your wedding video in any VHS format. This means that should you have relatives or friends who live in Europe, or further afield such as the USA or Japan, we are able to convert your video into the format that will play on their VHS system.

Q. Can I order additional copies of our video after the wedding?

A. We keep each wedding indefinitely in our archives. This means that you can order additional copies of your video at any time after the wedding. Additional copies may be required for friends and relatives, and we are more than happy to deal with them direct, so as not to cause you any inconvenience.

Q. How long after the wedding can I order copies of my video?

A. We keep each wedding in our archives indefinitely. Therefore you can order as many copies of your wedding video on VHS and DVD as you like, at any time before or after the wedding.

Q. Can we order our wedding on DVD?

A. Yes. As DVD is becoming increasingly popular, we are pleased to be able to offer fully authorised DVD discs of your wedding video. Our DVDs come complete with a personalised menu screen and chapters, so you can jump to exactly the part you would like to watch.

We use DVD-R technology, and although most home DVD players will play DVD-R discs, this media is not 100% compatible with all set top boxes. Please supply details of your DVD player's make and model on application.
