Q: Can I send a copy of my wedding DVD to friends or relatives abroad?

A: Yes, but we may need to create it in a specific format. Simply tell us what country your friend or relative lives in and we'll do the rest. If you would prefer a VHS tape of your video to be sent instead, we can also create video suitable for playback in most countries around the world.

Q: Can I order additional copies of our video after the wedding?

A: Yes. We include order forms with the finished copies of your DVD incase friends or family decide they want copies. We keep each wedding indefinitely in our archives. This means that you can order additional copies of your video at any time after the wedding. We are more than happy to deal with orders from friends and family directly, so as not to cause you any inconvenience.

Q: How long after the wedding can I order copies of my video?

A: We keep each wedding in our archives indefinitely. Therefore you can order as many copies of your wedding video on VHS and DVD as you like, at any time before or after the wedding.

Q: Can we order our wedding on VHS video instead of DVD?

A: Yes. Our wedding video packages all include 3 DVDs copies by default. You are more than welcome to swap one or more of these DVDs for a VHS video copy at no extra cost as long as you inform us of this prior to the wedding. You can also order additional copies on either DVD or VHS and we can create worldwide DVD and VHS formats, if required, for friends and relatives that live abroad.
